We drove to Osen's RV Park in Livingston, Montana. It took about three hours. The RV park is nice and easy to get into.

The area around Livingston, Montana beautiful with large mountains shooting up from beautiful valleys along the Yellowstone River. Lots of float boats and small rafts for the river. You need a boat if you live around Livingston. We drove to Bozeman to see what the town looks like. We were surprised to see that Bozeman, which is a college town, is a lot like Chico, Davis, or Napa in California. High prices on goods, lots of coffee shops, and outdoor dining.

We went on some nice walks here. Nice views of the mountains in the area. We also explored the Northern Pacific Railroad Museum in downtown Livingston. Very interesting and well worth the time spent there. The museum also contained a section dealing with all the movies made in the Livingston area, such as "A River Runs Through It and "The Horse Whisperer." It was also very interesting to see the growth and use of the railroads in this area. For a while, people were taken to Yellowstone National Park from Livingston by train.
