Tuesday, July 6, 2021 - We drove to Mitchell, South Dakota from Beaver Crossing, Nebraska. Beautiful weather and green fields of corn and soybeans. At Yankton, South Dakota a front blew through with lots of wind and rain, but no lightning. We pulled off the road in Yankton and turned the RV into the wind so as to ride out the wind and rain. After about 45 minutes, we were ready to go again. The drive took about six hours in all.

Need to check the filter on the auxiliary fuel tank and the air filter in the truck. Seems that they are both about due to be replaced.

One night stay here before heading to Wall, South Dakota and exploring Badlands National Park. Tonight we are off to Mitchell for pizza. A night out on the town?? Turned out to be a very good pizza at a local pizza parlor.
