Lisa and Wayne left their Rocklin CA home April 23, 2019 for a tour of the U.S. So far we are into year five and having a great time. Many new experiences.
Northwest Passage Trip - 2024
Our main trip for 2024 will be to Oregon, Washington, and then into the southwest corner of Canada from British Columbia to Alberta. We will travel the Pacific coast in Oregon and Washington before heading inland along the Columbia River to Walla Walla, WA. In Walla Walla, we will visit with Bill and Gina Deweber and Bill’s mom, Ann. We also plan to camp for a couple days with Bill and Gina in their new camper. We will then head for northwest Washington with visits to Port Angeles and Vancouver, BC. The route next takes us to the ski resort of Whistler in BC before heading east on the Trans-Canada Highway to Revelstoke. We plan to hike, bike, and kayak in the Revelstoke area before moving east to Kicking Horse Pass, Jasper, and Banff. Then it is back to the states for s four-day stay at Glacier before making a direct drive south to the Bryce Canyon and the Kanab area of Utah. Then we plan to take about ten days to visit the Page, Arizona area and Monument Valley, the Painted Desert, and the Petrified Forest before heading back to the Tucson area. This is a trip of a little over three months.
