Motoring to the Columbia Glacier on the LuLu Belle Out of Valdez, Alaska

Wayne and Lisa, along with Bob and Charlotte Capp, sail on the LuLu Belle with Captain Fred into Valdez Bay and on to the Columbia Glacier. The weather was perfect with clear skies and not wind at all. We saw puffins, sea otters, mountain goats, steller sea lions, and of course, the Columbia Glacier. Captain Fred has been taking tour groups to the glacier for 47 years now and he is 84 years old. He provides wonderful narration and guides the ship into very tight places along the rocky shore. A wonderful day was had by all.
