Wayne and Lisa decide to ride our bikes from Bowness (a suburb of Calgary to the west) into Calgary and back. We do just that and on the way back we stop at Angel's Cafe' where we meet John Cole and he guides us along several of the regions paved (and sometimes unpaved) trails. John is a great guy.
