Friday, June 10, 2022 - We begin the drive from the Kicking Horse Campground near Field, BC to the Columbia Icefield Center halfway to Jasper, AB. The drive was spectacular with wonderful scenery all around us. We stopped where we could to take photos and move around a little. The distance was only about 70 miles, so it was a pretty easy drive. When we arrived at the Columbia Icefield Center, the upper parking lot that is set aside for campers was pretty much empty. We picked a good location right in the center and set up the RV by leveling and pushing out the "push-outs." It made me a little nervous since it was on a pretty steep slope, but I used every "chock" that I could to lock up the trailer tires. After we disconnected the truck, we drove back down the parkway to what is called the "Weeping Wall." We had not been able to stop there on the drive and it looked pretty impressive. You can see the photos of the Weeping Wall in the photo gallery. We then drove back to the RV and just relaxed and admired the views in all directions; spectacular. We walked up to the Visitor Center and checked out the dining possibilities. Turns out that we decided to eat at the RV; equally as good of a meal and no cost.

Saturday, June 11, 2022 - We packed up and left for our next location; Jasper, Alberta, Canada and Whistlers NP Campground.
